London’s Metaview raises €53.1 million Series C led by Insight Partners to scale its agentic recruiting platform

Metaview, a London-based agentic recruiting platform that automates sourcing, application review, interviewing, reporting and hiring workflows, has raised €53.1 million ($60 million) in Series C funding.

The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from GV, Intrepid Growth Partners, Seedcamp, Vertex Ventures US, Plural, and Garuda Ventures. This funding comes just a year after the company announced a €30.1 million Series B funding round. It raised a €6.4 million Series A funding round in March 2024 and a €5.29 million Seed round in December 2021. The new capital brings Metaview’s total funding to €97.4 million ($110 million).

“The best engineering teams have already moved from writing code by hand to orchestrating AI agents that do the work. Recruiting is next. We’re rebuilding hiring with AI at the core to make it radically more efficient and precise, while creating a better system for everyone involved,” said Siadhal Magos, CEO and co-founder of Metaview.

Founded in 2018 by Magos and Shahriar Tajbakhsh, former product and engineering leaders at Uber and Palantir, Metaview began by capturing the conversations where hiring decisions take shape, with more than 6 million interviews captured to date.

According to the company, that shared context now powers connected AI agents across the rest of the hiring process, with people setting the criteria and making every final decision. Agents source candidates before they apply, review inbound applications against the role brief, conduct structured screening conversations and turn human interviews into clear, usable notes.

Explaining what makes it different, Metaview says that while most AI waits for a prompt, the UK startup runs a loop: it learns the role, agents act on it, each step sharpens the next, and people make the call. Metaview connects to 62+ tools, including Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, and Workday, as well as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. It is SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CCPA compliant.

In August 2026, Metaview announced the acquisition of California-based Reval, an AI-native recruiting company founded by Seth Tilliss and Aditya Gupta. Both founders joined Metaview to accelerate the development of fillmore, its autonomous AI coworker that finds candidates, runs personalised outreach, and books screening calls.

“The recruiting process is generating more candidate volume than most organisations know how to handle. Metaview has built a platform that brings more structure and intelligence across each stage of hiring, from sourcing and screening through to the final decision. The result is better hiring decisions at scale, without losing the judgment that good hiring requires. We are excited to partner with Siadhal, Shahriar and the team for the next phase of growth,” said Ryan Hinkle, Managing Director at Insight Partners.

The company plans to use this Series C to fund three priorities as it enters a new stage of growth. It plans to bring fillmore (Metaview’s autonomous recruiting coworker) to general availability, alongside new specialist agents.

The funding will also help expand the team from 80 to 250 people by the end of next year, with a New York office opening alongside existing hubs in London and San Francisco.

Finally, the company is doubling down on 10x Recruiting, its community and training programme helping talent professionals develop what Metaview calls talent engineering: the discipline of building and running AI-powered hiring systems.

Metaview is used by more than 7,000 companies, including Deel, Affirm, Navan, and Replit.
