Arhaus (ARHS) shares are pushing higher on Monday after senior Jefferies analyst Jonathan Matuszewski issued a bullish note in favor of the luxury home furnishings and décor retailer. Matuszewski upgraded the Nasdaq-listed firm this morning to "Buy" and raised his price objective as well to $10, indicating potential upside of nearly 30% on its previous close.

His bullish report brings a much-needed reprieve to Arhaus stock that's still trading roughly 23% below its price at the start of 2026.

Why Does Jefferies Recommend Owning Arhaus Stock?

The core of Jefferies' upgraded stance on ARHS shares rests mostly on tangible evidence that the company's expanded consumer outreach is delivering immediate results.

By scaling up catalog distribution alongside aggressive digital outreach, the retailer is experiencing a significant surge in engagement — web traffic more than doubled year-over-year during the late-summer period — maintaining that momentum with a 107% increase through early September. In his research note, Matuszewski dubbed this impressive surge a meaningful catalyst for revenue growth.

According to the analyst, these digital touchpoints could drive a 150- to 200-basis-point increase in same-store sales this year, and another 75 to 200bps increase in 2027 as new customer acquisition converts into long-term order volume.

What Else Could Drive ARHS Shares Higher?

To convert this swelling online interest into durable top-line expansion, Arhaus is preparing a leadership evolution designed to lock in its marketing wins.

The company plans to onboard both a chief marketing officer and a chief digital officer over the coming months, signaling a deliberate push to institutionalize its new growth channels.

Jefferies sees these pending C-suite appointments as pivotal operational catalysts that will ensure the retailer effectively monetizes its expanding brand awareness.

By embedding dedicated expertise to oversee digital acquisition and brand messaging, ARHS aims to optimize its customer conversion funnel.

This strategic focus reassures Matuszewski that recent traffic tailwinds will likely evolve into a permanent competitive advantage, driving Arhaus shares higher in the months ahead.
