The IPO pipeline is gathering momentum, with seven companies across sectors including biscuits and beer, HVAC components, agricultural machinery, engineering, edible oils and telecom infrastructure filing their Draft Red Herring Prospectuses (DRHPs) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi). The companies are looking to tap the primary market through proposed IPOs.
The firms that have filed the draft papers include Kolkata-based Anmol Industries Limited, Punjab-based Koolking Industries India Limited, Ludhiana-based Jagatjit Agri Engineering Limited, Indore-based Mount Everest Breweries Limited, Mohali-based Jai Parvati Forge Limited, Dhule-based Maharashtra Oil Extractions Limited and Haryana-based S.G. Encon Limited.
Anmol Industries eyes Rs 1,800 crore IPO
Kolkata-based Anmol Industries Limited has filed its DRHP with Sebi for an IPO to raise up to Rs 1,800 crore.
The company traces its legacy to 1994, through a manufacturing facility established under its erstwhile holding company, ABL, at Dankuni. It has established a presence in eastern India, where it is the third-largest player in the biscuits and cookies market, with an 11%-14% sales-value share in fiscal 2026, according to the F&S Report.

Koolking Industries
Punjab-based Koolking Industries India Limited has filed its DRHP with Sebi for its proposed IPO, comprising a fresh issue of up to Rs 300 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 3,050,000 equity shares by promoters Sajiv Gopal, Malti Sood, Varun Gopal and Sugandha Sood.
Incorporated in 2008, Koolking Industries is a manufacturer and supplier of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) components in India. The company had a 15% share of its total addressable market (TAM) as of FY26, according to the CARE Report.
Keynote Financial Services Limited is the book-running lead manager, while KFin Technologies Limited is the registrar to the issue.
Jagatjit Agri Engineering
Ludhiana-based Jagatjit Agri Engineering Limited has filed its DRHP with Sebi for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to Rs 300 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 3,100,000 equity shares by promoter Jagatjit Singh.
Incorporated in 2020, Jagatjit Agri Engineering is the third-largest homegrown agricultural implement manufacturing and engineering company in India, based on FY2026 revenues of agricultural implement manufacturers in India, according to the CARE Industry Report.
The company provides end-to-end crop solutions.
Keynote Financial Services Limited is the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar.
Mount Everest Breweries
Indore-based Mount Everest Breweries Limited has filed its DRHP with Sebi for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to 11.5 million equity shares.
The equity shares will have a face value of Rs 10 each.
Incorporated in 1999, Mount Everest Breweries is a beer brewing company in Madhya Pradesh. It had a market share of nearly 36.3% in terms of volume production in FY2026 and has a presence across 16 states and three Union Territories, according to the Technopak Report.
Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited and Ashika Capital Limited are the book-running lead managers, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar.
Jai Parvati Forge
Mohali-based Jai Parvati Forge Limited has filed its DRHP with Sebi for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to Rs 300 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 9,000,000 equity shares by promoter Suman Chauhan.
Incorporated in 2004, the company is an integrated manufacturer of forged and machined components, with more than 22 years of operating history. Its product portfolio includes bull gears, transmission gears and shafts, as well as precision machined parts.
Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited and Monarch Networth Capital Limited are the book-running lead managers, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar.
Maharashtra Oil Extractions
Dhule-based Maharashtra Oil Extractions Limited has filed its DRHP with Sebi for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to Rs 370 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 21,428,571 equity shares by promoters Agrawal Basantlal Shankarlal (HUF), Ashok Shankarlal Agrawal (HUF), Yusuf Ahmedbhai Dhumadia and Iliyas Ibrahim Balesaria.
Incorporated in 1995, Maharashtra Oil Extractions operates across the soya bean products value chain. Its business includes the processing, manufacturing, marketing and sale of crude and edible refined oil, plant-based protein supplements for feed and food-grade soya meal, along with value-added products such as soya flour and textured soya protein (TSP).
The company also produces by-products including lecithin and other speciality and industrial chemicals.
IDBI Capital Markets & Securities Limited, Dolat Finserv Private Limited and Elara Capital (India) Private Limited are the book-running lead managers, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar to the offer.
S.G. Encon
Haryana-based S.G. Encon Limited has filed its DRHP with Sebi for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to 7,190,400 equity shares and an offer-for-sale of up to 1,371,300 shares by promoters Rajiv Gandhi and Pankaj Setia.
Incorporated in 2008, S.G. Encon provides integrated end-to-end telecommunication infrastructure services. The company also undertakes construction services and underground utility infrastructure projects for sectors including oil and gas, water and sewerage.
Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Private Limited is the book-running lead manager, while MAS Services Limited is the registrar.
