SRIT India, Shah Investor’s Home IPO Day 2: Check GMP, subscription status and key details
The initial public offerings (IPOs) of SRIT India and Shah Investor’s Home entered their second day of bidding on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. Both issues will remain open for subscription for three days.

In the grey market, SRIT India is commanding a premium of Rs 33, or 25%, over its upper price band of Rs 130 per share. At the current GMP, the estimated listing price stands at around Rs 163 per share. Meanwhile, Shah Investor’s Home is commanding a GMP of Rs 14, or around 8%, over its upper price band of Rs 167, indicating an estimated listing price of around Rs 181 per share.

On the first day of bidding, the SRIT India IPO was subscribed 1 time, with bids received for 1.17 crore shares. The Shah Investor’s Home IPO saw a relatively slower response, with the issue subscribed 31% of the 37.79 lakh shares on offer.

SRIT India IPO

The SRIT India IPO is a Rs 218.40-crore book-built issue, comprising an entirely fresh issue of 1.68 crore shares. There is no offer-for-sale (OFS) component.

The IPO has a price band of Rs 123–Rs 130 per share, with a lot size of 115 shares. Retail investors are required to apply for a minimum of 115 shares, translating into a minimum investment of Rs 14,950 at the upper end of the price band.

The allotment is expected to be finalised on October 1, 2026, while the shares are scheduled to list on both the NSE and BSE on October 6, 2026, subject to the proposed timeline.

Choice Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager to the issue, while KFin Technologies Ltd. is the registrar.

The SRIT India IPO was subscribed 1 time on Day 1, with bids for 1.17 crore shares.

The Rs 90.17-crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of 53.99 lakh shares and will close on September 30, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected on October 1, with listing tentatively scheduled for October 6 on the NSE and BSE.

The price band is Rs 159–Rs 167 per share, with a lot size of 85 shares. Retail investors need to invest a minimum of Rs 14,195 at the upper end of the price band.

Beeline Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar.

The IPO’s latest GMP stands at Rs 14, or around 8%, over the upper price band, indicating an estimated listing price of Rs 181. However, GMP is unofficial and may change before listing.

Shah Investor’s Home IPO subscription status

The IPO was subscribed 31% on Day 1, against 37.39 lakh shares on offer.
