The basis of allotment for the SRIT India IPO is likely to be finalised today, October 1, following a strong response from investors. The Rs 218.40-crore public issue was subscribed 125.16 times by the time bidding closed, according to NSE data.

The IPO was offered in a price band of Rs 123-130 per share, with a lot size of 115 shares. The issue received bids for 1,47,18,85,805 shares against 1,17,60,000 shares on offer.

Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) led the subscription, with their portion subscribed 312.99 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) quota was subscribed 91.84 times, while the Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion was subscribed 63.70 times. The retail category had 58.80 lakh shares on offer.

SRIT India IPO GMP, likely listing price

The grey market premium (GMP) for SRIT India shares remained elevated ahead of the allotment. On Thursday, the unlisted shares were trading at a premium of around Rs 41 over the upper end of the IPO price band, translating into a GMP of 31.54%, according to sources tracking grey market trends.

SRIT India shares are scheduled to debut on the NSE and BSE on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Based on the prevailing grey market trend, the shares are expected to list at around Rs 171, representing a premium of more than 31% over the IPO's upper price band of Rs 130.
