AceVector shares to list today; Check GMP ahead of debut
Shares of AceVector made a weak debut on Monday, listing at a discount of nearly 12% to the issue price. The stock opened at Rs 28.32 apiece on the NSE, down 11.5% from the IPO price of Rs 32.

On the BSE, it opened at Rs 28.30, a discount of 11.56% to the issue price.

The IPO opened for subscription on September 25 and closed on September 29, 2026. The issue was subscribed 5.07 times overall. The retail portion was subscribed 4.83 times, while the qualified institutional buyers (QIB) category, excluding anchor investors, was subscribed 3.42 times. The non-institutional investors (NII) category saw subscription of 8.53 times by the final day.

The share allotment was finalised on September 30, with the company scheduled to list its shares on both the NSE and BSE on October 5, 2026.

The IPO had a lot size of 468 shares. At the upper price band of Rs 32 per share, retail investors required a minimum investment of Rs 14,976 for one lot.

IIFL Capital Services Ltd., CLSA India Pvt. Ltd. and Systematix Corporate Services Ltd. are the book-running lead managers to the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar.

IPO Proceeds

The company plans to utilise Rs 132 crore of the net IPO proceeds to fund a portion of the marketing and business promotion expenses of its Marketplace business. Another Rs 50 crore will be used towards technology infrastructure costs for the Marketplace business.

The remaining proceeds will be utilised for inorganic growth through acquisitions and general corporate purposes. The total amount earmarked under the specified IPO objects is Rs 182 crore.

Financial Performance

Acevector Ltd.’s total income increased 32%, rising from Rs 407 crore in FY25 to Rs 538 crore in FY26. Meanwhile, the company narrowed its net loss significantly to Rs 45 crore in FY26, from Rs 126 crore in FY25.
