IT之家 10 月 16 日消息，据 CCTV 国际时讯报道，今天（10 月 16 日）下午，日本气象厅举行记者会，对稍早前“紧急地震速报”发布所谓“千岛群岛地区发生 9.9 级地震”速报并随后取消一事进行说明。
日本气象厅方面称，出现“9.9 级地震”速报应该不是因为服务器遭攻击，目前判断是“出现了误判”，具体原因仍在调查中。
IT之家查询发现，日本气象厅官网也发布公告，表示此次紧急地震预警将震级高估为 9.9。高估的原因目前正在调查中。
