Liqvd Digital India IPO subscribed 5.08 times on final day
The initial public offering (IPO) of advertising company Liqvd Digital India Limited was subscribed 5.08 times on the final day of bidding, with investors placing bids for 3,86,12,000 equity shares against 75,94,000 shares on offer, according to stock exchange data.

The Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category recorded the highest subscription at 21.02 times. The retail investor portion was subscribed 1.43 times, while the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion was subscribed 1.00 times.

Liqvd Digital India, incorporated in 2013, provides digital marketing services including content creation and production, media planning and buying, social media management, content marketing, online reputation management, influencer marketing, and web and application development.

The company acquired AdLift, following which it expanded its services to include performance monitoring, search engine optimisation (SEO) and AI-driven content creation, according to the Ken Research Report.

The company serves large enterprises, mid-sized brands and direct-to-consumer startups. Its operations include offices in Mumbai and Gurgaon and an in-house studio in Mumbai used for internal content and basic production activities.

The studio includes a green-screen setup and is used for activities such as founder videos, interviews, editing and voice-over coordination.
