佳能正在开发用于先进封装工艺的 i 线光刻设备，还开发了一种分辨率 0.8μm、能处理 510×515 (mm) 基板的光刻机台。
IT之家 10 月 21 日消息，日媒《日刊工业新闻》当地时间昨日报道称，Canon（佳能）计划到 2029 年将其面向半导体后端工艺的光刻机产能较当前水平提升 50%。
佳能正在开发用于先进封装工艺的 i 线光刻设备。该企业还开发了一种分辨率达 0.8μm (800nm) 的大尺寸基板光刻机台，能处理 510×515 (mm) 基板，具备高对准精度和大视场角。
佳能半导体设备事业部负责人三浦圣也在接受采访时表示，无掩膜直写图案化方案目前暂时还不是 i 线光刻机在 RDL 生产领域的直接竞争对手。
